Anielka Castillo is Founder and Principal of AIC Legal, a boutique advisory practice founded in Costa Rica in 2020 and focused on corporate architecture and regulatory strategy.

She is a Costa Rican attorney with authorized binational legal practice in Costa Rica and Nicaragua, and advanced academic training in Public Law (MSc) and Business Administration (MBA). She is a registered member of the Costa Rican Bar Association and admitted before the Supreme Court of Justice of Nicaragua.

She leads the firm’s regulatory and cross-border legal architecture practice, advising corporate groups and international investors navigating regulatory exposure, government interface and structural risk in highly regulated environments. Her work translates public law complexity into coherent governance design and institutional positioning.
